Refund & Returns Policy

At Afloria, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy is designed in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.


Returns

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition
  • It is returned in its original packaging

Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the CPA.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and your order details.


Cooling-Off Period (Online Orders)

In accordance with South African law, you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it.

  • The item must be returned unused and in original condition
  • A reasonable handling or restocking fee may apply
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened or used.
